较高的吸水率是超低密度泡沫混凝土的一个显著的性能弱点也是影响其工程使用和长期耐久的一个重要问题。通过吸水率和物理性能试验在试验室考察了3种憎水剂的添加对干燥密度为150~250 kg/m3的超低密度泡沫混凝土耐水性改善的效果及其对物理性能的影响。试验结果表明:憎水剂的种类和掺量对泡沫混凝土的吸水率有影响显著,其中,改性硬脂酸盐憎水剂憎水效果最好,有机硅憎水剂憎水效果最差;不同的憎水剂对其强度也有一定的影响,但是,影响程度不大。

Higher water absorption is believed to be an obvious property weakness of the super low density foamed concrete which also becomes a big problem influences its engineering application and long term durability.Effect of the addition of 3 kinds of waterproofing a-gents on the physical properties and water resistance of the super low density foamed concrete with dry density 150 to 200 kg/m 3 was there-fore examined by means of determination of water absorption and physical tests here.Results showed that addition of the waterproofing a-gents significantly influenced the water absorption of the foamed concrete,among which the modified stearate presented the best water-proofing effectiveness while the organic silica being the worst.In addition ,different kind of waterproofing agent also influences the strength of the foamed concrete although only in a very limited extent.
