碳酸钙晶须对硅酸盐水泥的增强效果已经得到了证实,但是同时存在着晶须团聚以及晶须与水泥基质界面黏结强度较弱等问题。试图采用机械粉磨手段,尝试解决碳酸钙晶须在硅酸盐水泥中的分散性问题,并通过分析试验结果,对碳酸钙晶须增强硅酸盐水泥的机理进行了讨论。
碳痠鈣晶鬚對硅痠鹽水泥的增彊效果已經得到瞭證實,但是同時存在著晶鬚糰聚以及晶鬚與水泥基質界麵黏結彊度較弱等問題。試圖採用機械粉磨手段,嘗試解決碳痠鈣晶鬚在硅痠鹽水泥中的分散性問題,併通過分析試驗結果,對碳痠鈣晶鬚增彊硅痠鹽水泥的機理進行瞭討論。

The positive effect of CaCO3 whisker-reinforced Portland cement has been confirmed,however,it still has some issues needed to solve,e.g.,aggragation of whisker and the interfacial bonding strength between whisker and cement need to be increased ,and so on.And the object is aiming at solving the issue of dispersion by mechanical grinding method.At the same time ,this paper discussed the toughening mechanisms of whisker-reinforced Portland cement composite based on the analysis of the test results.
