以城市污水厂污泥、粉煤灰和黏土为原料烧制陶粒,分析了原材料化学成分在陶粒烧成中的作用,研究了烧结温度对内部结构特征的影响。探讨了原材料间的比例、烧结温度、预热温度与陶粒性能之间的关系,并确定了最佳原材料配合比及生产工艺。

Sludge ceramsite was manufactured using dewatered sludge from municipal sewage treatment plants ,fly ash and clay as the raw materials.The functions of chemical composition of raw materials when sintered were analyzed.The influence of temperature on its in-ner structure was explored.Study the relationship of ratio of the raw materials ,firing temperature,preheating temperature with the perfor-mance of the ceramsite,and determined the best ratio of the raw materials and production-technology.
