对水布垭水电厂水轮机水导外循环油路在运行中出现的故障进行了分析,查明了原因:2号油泵出口逆止阀两端法兰连接处渗油严重,造成管路内油存量不足,导致机组启动后备用泵被迫启动,并采取了解决措施,改造后的水导外循环油泵运行良好。
對水佈埡水電廠水輪機水導外循環油路在運行中齣現的故障進行瞭分析,查明瞭原因:2號油泵齣口逆止閥兩耑法蘭連接處滲油嚴重,造成管路內油存量不足,導緻機組啟動後備用泵被迫啟動,併採取瞭解決措施,改造後的水導外循環油泵運行良好。

The failure occurred in the external circulation oil line of water guide bearing of 2 F turbine unit in Shuibuya hydropower station is analyzed .A serious oil leakage is found in the flange connections at both ends of the backflow bar-riers of the 2#pump outlet, resulting in an insufficient oil stocks in the pipelines .The standby pump is then forced to start when the unit began to operate .With some treatment measures , the external circulation pump of water guide bear-ing runs well after improvement .
