对某水电站1台变压器新投运以来,油色谱分析持续出现单氢含量超标的现象,通过分析验证找到了故障原因来自水冷却器焊接使用焊料中含有的镍元素,论证了镍元素对油中环己烷等低分子烃发生脱氢反应所起的催化作用。及时地处理了故障,保证了变压器的稳定运行。

Since the operation of a transformer in a hydropower station , excessive hydrogen content in the transformer oil is continuously observed in the oil chromatographic analysis .Analysis shows that the nickel element contained in the solder used in the welding of water cooler could be the cause of the problem , as the nickel element has a catalytic effect on dehydrogenation reaction of low molecular hydrocarbons , such as cyclohexane .Then, the problem is solved quickly and the transformer operates well .
