Differential foundation settlement of the pump house in Shigou sluice is analyzed and treated .Ground jacks are used to restore the pump and the house frame .Grouting is adopted to increase the bearing capacity of the foundation . With the comprehensive treatment , the foundation settlement is restrained .The treatment measures are of low technical difficulty, simple construction machinery , low cost, and short construction period .
