协同创新是国家创新系统的推动力和国家竞争力的动力源，是高校创新能力提升和区域经济发展的重要举措，文章通过梳理国内有关协同创新的最新研究成果，简要介绍了协同创新理念的形成和协同创新困境的表现形式，系统梳理了协同创新的路径选择和实践探索，最后归纳并提出了协同创新的政策建议以及未来研究展望。

Collaborative innovation is the driving force for the national innovation system and the power source of national com-petitiveness. And it is also an important measure to promote innovative capability of colleges and universities as well as regional economic development. By sorting out the latest domestic research results on collaborative innovation, the paper briefly intro-duces the formation of collaborative innovation concept and the manifestations of collaborative innovation dilemma,and system-atically analyzes the path selection and practical exploration of collaborative innovation. Finally,the paper summarizes the re-search,and makes policy suggestions and prospects for future study of collaborative innovation.
