目的:探讨CD4+CD2+9辅助性T细胞在支气管哮喘发病机制的作用。方法选取非急性发作期支气管哮喘患者及肺炎患者各30例,以及30例健康志愿者作为对照,使用流式细胞术检测外周血CD4+CD2+9辅助性T细胞及其胞内细胞因子γ干扰素(IFN-γ)及白介素4(IL-4)的频率。哮喘患者使用氨茶碱片进行治疗,4周后复测CD4+CD2+9 T细胞及其细胞因子。结果哮喘患者患者CD4+CD2+9 T细胞及IL-4均明显高于肺炎组及健康志愿者组(P<0.05),但后两者无组间统计学差异;哮喘组与肺炎组IFN-γ无组间显著性差异,但均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后哮喘组患者CD4+CD2+9T细胞含量明显降低,IFN-γ明显回升,IL-4明显下降(均为P<0.05)。结论 CD4+CD2+9辅助性T细胞含量升高是哮喘的一个免疫机制,该细胞分泌的IL-4诱发Th2类免疫反应,可介导哮喘的体液免疫从而加重病情。

목적:탐토CD4+CD2+9보조성T세포재지기관효천발병궤제적작용。방법선취비급성발작기지기관효천환자급폐염환자각30례,이급30례건강지원자작위대조,사용류식세포술검측외주혈CD4+CD2+9보조성T세포급기포내세포인자γ간우소(IFN-γ)급백개소4(IL-4)적빈솔。효천환자사용안다감편진행치료,4주후복측CD4+CD2+9 T세포급기세포인자。결과효천환자환자CD4+CD2+9 T세포급IL-4균명현고우폐염조급건강지원자조(P<0.05),단후량자무조간통계학차이;효천조여폐염조IFN-γ무조간현저성차이,단균현저저우대조조(P<0.05)。치료후효천조환자CD4+CD2+9T세포함량명현강저,IFN-γ명현회승,IL-4명현하강(균위P<0.05)。결론 CD4+CD2+9보조성T세포함량승고시효천적일개면역궤제,해세포분비적IL-4유발Th2류면역반응,가개도효천적체액면역종이가중병정。
Objective To investigate the significance of CD4+ CD2+9 helper T cells in the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma. Methods 30 patients with bronchial asthma and 30 patients with pneumonia were selected in this study, and another 30 healthy volunteers were taken as the control group. The peripheral blood CD4+ CD2+9 helper T cells and intracellular cytokines gamma interferon (IFN-gamma) and the frequency of interleukin 4 (IL-4) were test-ed by flow cytometry. Asthma patients were treated with aminophylline tablets. 4 weeks after, the levels of CD2+9 CD4+T cells and cytokines were retested. Results The level of CD4+ T cells and IL-4 + CD29 was significantly higher in the asthma group than in the pneumonia group and the control group (P<0. 05). There was no significant difference in IFN-gamma between the asthma group and the pneumonia group ( P>0. 05 ) , but it was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0. 05). The level of CD2+9 CD4+ T cells decreased, the level of IFN-gamma increased, and the level of IL-4 decreased in the asthma group ( all P<0. 05 ) . Conclusion The high content of CD4+CD29 helper T cells is an immune mechanism of asthma. IL-4, secretion of T cells, can induce Th2 immune response, which can mediate humoral immune of asthma and aggravate illness.
