目的：探讨肺炎支原体合并EB病毒感染患儿的临床特点,为临床诊治提供借鉴。方法收集住院治疗的支原体肺炎合并EB病毒感染患儿100例作为观察组,同期支原体肺炎患儿85例作为对照组,比较两组患儿的临床特点和实验室检查结果,并进行比较分析。结果观察组平均发热时间和住院时间较对照组明显延长,观察组异形淋巴细胞比例,2个肺叶以上受侵犯以及合并胸腔积液,其他脏器损伤等发生率均高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义；观察组外周血白细胞高于对照组( P<0．05)；淋巴细胞和异淋细胞升高明显(P<0．01),两组差异有显著性；血红蛋白含量及血小板较对照组偏低(P<0．05)；ALT、AST、LDH和CK-MB两组具有明显的差异。结论肺炎支原体感染合并 EB病毒感染比例较高,其器官受累严重,较单纯肺炎支原体感染患儿临床症状严重,其实验室检查指标改变明显。
목적：탐토폐염지원체합병EB병독감염환인적림상특점,위림상진치제공차감。방법수집주원치료적지원체폐염합병EB병독감염환인100례작위관찰조,동기지원체폐염환인85례작위대조조,비교량조환인적림상특점화실험실검사결과,병진행비교분석。결과관찰조평균발열시간화주원시간교대조조명현연장,관찰조이형림파세포비례,2개폐협이상수침범이급합병흉강적액,기타장기손상등발생솔균고우대조조,량조비교차이유통계학의의；관찰조외주혈백세포고우대조조( P<0．05)；림파세포화이림세포승고명현(P<0．01),량조차이유현저성；혈홍단백함량급혈소판교대조조편저(P<0．05)；ALT、AST、LDH화CK-MB량조구유명현적차이。결론폐염지원체감염합병 EB병독감염비례교고,기기관수루엄중,교단순폐염지원체감염환인림상증상엄중,기실험실검사지표개변명현。
Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of mycoplsama pneumoiae ( MP ) infection complicated with Epstein-Barrvirus ( EBV ) infection. Methods The CBC, myocardial enzymes, liver function and Clinical characteristics of 185 children admitted from January 2010to December 2012 were analyzed retrospectively, including 100 children with diagnosed MP infection complicating with EBV infection,85 with MP infection. Results Abnormal lymphocytes percent with diagnosed MP infection complicating with EBV infection were high than the con-trol. The time of fever,the time of staying hospital,The cases above 2 lobe of lungs damagedand the cases with pleural effusionwere high than the control. The quantity of peripheral blood leukocytes in children with mixed infections was higher than that of EB infection group and MP infection group(P<0. 05);the rate of lymphocytes and atypical lym-phocyte increased significantly (P<0. 01),but showed no significant differences compared to EB infection;hemoglo-bin content and platelets was lower compared with two control groups (P<0. 05);the level of ALT,AST and LDH in mixed infection group were significantly higher than that of the MP infection group (P<0. 05),but showed no signifi-cant difference compared to EB infection group;CK-MB increased significantly compared with two control groups( P<0. 05). complicating with EBV infection. Conclusion The rate of mycoplsama pneumoiae infection complicating with EBV infection is high. That can increase the damage of lungs. To mycoplsama pneumoiae infection. We should examine EBV antibodies timely and give the right treatment.
