目的:观察阿奇霉素治疗COPD稳定期患者外周血IL-4、IL-10指标的变化。方法选择我院门诊COPD稳定期患者108例,随机分为实验组和对照组(每组54例)。对照组给予常规治疗,实验组在常规治疗上加口服阿奇霉素。两组在治疗前及治疗后3月、6月、9月检测血清IL-4、IL-10水平变化。结果两组患者血清IL-4、IL-10水平在治疗前及治疗后3个月差别无统计学差异(P>0.05)。实验组血清IL-4及IL-10在治疗后6月、9月水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿奇霉素具有免疫调节功能,可增加抗炎因子,口服方便、安全、有效,在治疗COPD患者中具有一定临床应用价值。

목적:관찰아기매소치료COPD은정기환자외주혈IL-4、IL-10지표적변화。방법선택아원문진COPD은정기환자108례,수궤분위실험조화대조조(매조54례)。대조조급여상규치료,실험조재상규치료상가구복아기매소。량조재치료전급치료후3월、6월、9월검측혈청IL-4、IL-10수평변화。결과량조환자혈청IL-4、IL-10수평재치료전급치료후3개월차별무통계학차이(P>0.05)。실험조혈청IL-4급IL-10재치료후6월、9월수평균명현고우대조조(P<0.05)。결론아기매소구유면역조절공능,가증가항염인자,구복방편、안전、유효,재치료COPD환자중구유일정림상응용개치。
Objective To investigate effect of azithromycin on the levels of IL-4 and IL-10 in patients with stable COPD. Methods 108 patients with stable COPD were randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group. The control group was treated with routine treatment, and the experiment group was treated with az-ithromycin based on routine treatment. The levels of serum IL-4 and IL-10 were detected before and 3, 6 and 9 months after the treatment in the two groups. Results The levels of serum IL-4 and IL-10 showed no significant difference between the two groups (P>0. 05) before and 3 months after the treatment, but they were obviously higher in the experiment group than in the control group 6 and 9 months after the treatment (P<0. 05). Conclusion Az-ithromycin can regulate immune function in COPD patients, and has the advantages of convenient, safe, and effective oral application, which has important clinical value in the treatment of acute chronic obstructive pulmonary dieases.
