目的：探讨在常规使用激素和抗生素的基础上，采用盐酸氨溴索双途径给药联合丹参川芎嗪治疗急性放射性肺炎的疗效。方法65例急性放射性肺炎患者进行随机分组，实验组32例在常规治疗基础上采用盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入和静脉滴注双途径给药，并联合丹参川芎嗪综合治疗；对照组33例使用激素、抗生素等常规治疗。结果实验组治愈18例，好转12例，未愈2例，总有效率93．75%；对照组治愈9例，好转15例，未愈9例，总有效率72．73%，两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义( P<0．05)。结论在常规使用激素和抗生素的基础上，采用盐酸氨溴索双途径给药联合丹参川芎嗪治疗急性放射性肺炎有较好的临床疗效。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of dual route ambroxol hydrochloride combined with Salvia tetramethylpyrazine in the treatment of patients with acute radiation pneumonitis on the basis of the con-ventional use of hormones and antibiotics. Methods 65 patients with acute radiation pneumonitis were randomly di-vided into the experiment group and the conventional group. All patients were treated with conventional treatment such as hormone and antibiotics, and 32 patients in the experiment group were additionally treated with ambroxol hydrochloride inhalation and intravenous combined with Salvia tetramethylpyrazine. Results 18 cases were com-pletely cured in the experiment group and 9 cases in the conventional group respectively, 12 cases and 15 cases were partial response respectively, 2 cases and 9 cases were unhealed respectively. The total effective rate was 93. 75%and 72. 73% respectively in the two groups (P<0. 05). Conclusion On the basis of hormone and antibiotics, the application of dual route ambroxol hydrochloride combined with Salvia tetramethylpyrazine has favorable curative effect in the treatment of acute radiation.
