目的：研究胃镜活检为高级别上皮内瘤变的临床处理方法。方法回顾性分析该院2010年5月-2013年11月间胃镜活检为胃黏膜高级别上皮内瘤变的19例的临床资料。结果术后病理仅1例维持术前高级别上皮内瘤变的诊断，其余18例均证实为腺癌，其中早期胃癌9例，进展期胃癌9例。结论胃镜活检为高级别上皮内瘤变癌变的概率极大，应采取积极的外科干预。
목적：연구위경활검위고급별상피내류변적림상처리방법。방법회고성분석해원2010년5월-2013년11월간위경활검위위점막고급별상피내류변적19례적림상자료。결과술후병리부1례유지술전고급별상피내류변적진단，기여18례균증실위선암，기중조기위암9례，진전기위암9례。결론위경활검위고급별상피내류변암변적개솔겁대，응채취적겁적외과간예。
Objective To study the clinical treatment of gastroscope biopsy high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia.Methods Clinical da-ta of 19 cases of gastroscope biopsy high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia from May 2010 to November 2013 were retrospectively ana-lyzed.Results Only 1 case maintained high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia according to postoperative pathology.The rest were con-firmed as adenocarcinoma,half early gastric cancer and half advanced gastric cancer.Conclusion The probability of high-grade intra-epithelial neoplasia canceration is greatly high,therefore,we should take active surgical intervention.
