目的：探讨单侧动态中和固定系统在腰椎退行性疾病患者中的应用价值。方法选取2010年3月-2012年6月由于腰椎退行性疾病在该院骨科住院的患者40例，采用单侧动态中和固定系统治疗，运用腰痛和下肢痛的视觉模拟评分（VAS ）、Oswestry功能障碍指数评分（ODI）、日本矫形外科学会（JOA）评分对患者术后恢复情况进行评价。结果所有40例患者与手术前的VAS/ODI/JOA评分相比，患者术后3个月和末次随访（20．65±4．71）个月时的评分均表现出明显的改善（P＜0．05）。结论针对腰椎退行性疾病患者的治疗，在短期的治疗效果来看，采用单侧动态中和固定系统是一种有效的手段。
목적：탐토단측동태중화고정계통재요추퇴행성질병환자중적응용개치。방법선취2010년3월-2012년6월유우요추퇴행성질병재해원골과주원적환자40례，채용단측동태중화고정계통치료，운용요통화하지통적시각모의평분（VAS ）、Oswestry공능장애지수평분（ODI）、일본교형외과학회（JOA）평분대환자술후회복정황진행평개。결과소유40례환자여수술전적VAS/ODI/JOA평분상비，환자술후3개월화말차수방（20．65±4．71）개월시적평분균표현출명현적개선（P＜0．05）。결론침대요추퇴행성질병환자적치료，재단기적치료효과래간，채용단측동태중화고정계통시일충유효적수단。
Objective To investigate the application value of unilateral dynamic neutralization system in treating lumbar degenerative diseases.Methods Forty patients with lumbar degenerative diseases admitted to No.92 Hospital of PLA from March 2010 to June 2012 were selected,and treated with unilateral dynamic neutralization system.And back pain and leg pain visual analog scale (VAS), Oswestry Disability Index (ODI),the Japanese Orthopaedic Association (JOA)scaling were applied in patients for evaluating postoper-ative recovery.Results Compared with the preoperative VAS/ODI/JOA scores,the VAS/ODI/JOA scores of the 40 patients three months after operation and on the last follow-up,(20.65 ±4.71)month after operation,had shown significant improvement(P<0.05 ).Conclusions Unilateral dynamic neutralization system is an effective short-term means for the treatment of lumbar degenerative diseases.
