目的：观察前部缺血性视神经病变的临床疗效。方法：选取前部缺血性视神经病变患者34例为研究对象。全部患者均进行综合治疗,随访治疗效果。结果：治疗后患者眼底检查改善率97.1%；矫正视力明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(t 值=7.5722,P<0.01)；光敏感度明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)；患者视野缺损明显降低,差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)；患者视神经纤维层厚度明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：采取常规治疗结合神经生长因子用于前部缺血性视神经病变的治疗效果显著,能够显著改善视力,提高视野光敏度,降低视野缺损,降低视神经纤维层厚度损伤。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effects of anterior ischemic optic neuropathy. Methods:34 cases with anterior ischemic optic neuropathy were used as the research objects, given the comprehensive treatment, and then followed up to ob-serve therapeutic effects. Results: The improvement rate of the patients through the fundus inspection was 97. 1% . The corrected visual acuity was improved obviously, and the difference was statistically significant (t=7. 7522, P<0. 05). The average light sensitivity was improved obviously, and the difference had the significant statistical significance (P<0. 01). The average visual defect was significant-ly reduced, and the difference had the significant statistical significance (P<0. 01). The optic nerve fiber layer thickness was signifi-cantly reduced, and the difference had the statistical significance (P<0. 05). Conclusions: The conventional treatment combined with nerve growth factor for the treatment of anterior ischemic optic neuropathy has a significant effect, can significantly improve the vision, improve the light sensitivity, reduce the visual defect, and reduce the defected optic nerve fiber layer thickness.
