目的：分析对比射频消融和高能聚焦超声术(HIFU)治疗持续性变应性鼻炎(PAR)的疗效。方法：持续性应变性鼻炎患者患者78人,A 组患者选择射频消融术,B 组患者选择高能聚焦超声术,随访一年,分期比较两组患者的治疗有效率和症状评分。结果：治疗后1年 A 组和 B 组患者的疗效均出现明显下降,A 组患者总有效率明显高于 B 组(P<0.05),而且 B 组创伤性与并发症发生率明显低于 A 组。结论：HIFU 治疗 PAR 患者效果好、安全,虽远期疗效稳定性相对不高,但术后并发症少,可重复手术,值得推广。
목적：분석대비사빈소융화고능취초초성술(HIFU)치료지속성변응성비염(PAR)적료효。방법：지속성응변성비염환자환자78인,A 조환자선택사빈소융술,B 조환자선택고능취초초성술,수방일년,분기비교량조환자적치료유효솔화증상평분。결과：치료후1년 A 조화 B 조환자적료효균출현명현하강,A 조환자총유효솔명현고우 B 조(P<0.05),이차 B 조창상성여병발증발생솔명현저우 A 조。결론：HIFU 치료 PAR 환자효과호、안전,수원기료효은정성상대불고,단술후병발증소,가중복수술,치득추엄。
Objective:To compare the curative effects of radiofrequency ablation and high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) surgery for persistent allergic rhinitis (PAR). Methods:78 cases with PAR were involved and divided into A and B groups randomly. The cases in A group were treated by radiofrequency ablation and those in B group were treated by HIFU. The follow-up lasted for 1 year, the effective rates and symptom scores of the two groups were compared. Results: The curative effects of A group and B group sig-nificantly decreased 1 year after the treatment. The total effective rate of A group was obviously higher than that of B group (P<0. 05), but the traumatic damages and incidences of complications of B group were lower than those of in A group. Conclusions: HIFU for PAR patients is effective and safe. It is not so stable in the long-term follow-ups, but the complications are less and it is repeatable and worth clinically popularizing.
