目的：探讨血清癌胚抗原（CEA）、糖类抗原199（CA -199）和糖类抗原125（CA -125）联合检测对原发性肝细胞癌（PHC）的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2011年1月至2014年1月就诊的的 PHC 患者86例及其相关临床资料，同时以良性肝病（包括肝血管瘤、肝囊肿等）患者35例和普通门诊体检健康者48例作为该实验的对照组。结果 PHC 组患者血清诊断肿瘤标志物 CEA、CA -199以及 CA -125的测定值相对于良性肝病组患者和正常对照组显著升高（ P ﹤0.05）。三种血清诊断肿瘤标志物进行联合检测相对于单独检测能够显著提高 PHC 组患者的阳性诊断率（ P ﹤0.05）。当PHC 组患者血清诊断肿瘤标志物 CEA、CA -199以及 CA -125分别进行独检时其敏感度是67.5％、27.5％和42.5％，而三种标志物联检其敏感度可提高至95％。结论联合进行血清 CEA、CA -199和 CA -125检测能够显著提高诊断原发性肝细胞癌的敏感度。
목적：탐토혈청암배항원（CEA）、당류항원199（CA -199）화당류항원125（CA -125）연합검측대원발성간세포암（PHC）적진단개치。방법회고성분석2011년1월지2014년1월취진적적 PHC 환자86례급기상관림상자료，동시이량성간병（포괄간혈관류、간낭종등）환자35례화보통문진체검건강자48례작위해실험적대조조。결과 PHC 조환자혈청진단종류표지물 CEA、CA -199이급 CA -125적측정치상대우량성간병조환자화정상대조조현저승고（ P ﹤0.05）。삼충혈청진단종류표지물진행연합검측상대우단독검측능구현저제고 PHC 조환자적양성진단솔（ P ﹤0.05）。당PHC 조환자혈청진단종류표지물 CEA、CA -199이급 CA -125분별진행독검시기민감도시67.5％、27.5％화42.5％，이삼충표지물련검기민감도가제고지95％。결론연합진행혈청 CEA、CA -199화 CA -125검측능구현저제고진단원발성간세포암적민감도。
Objective To discuss the clinical value of co - detection of serum CEA,CA - 199 and CA - 125 in the diagnosis of primary hepatocellular carcinoma(PHC). Methods The clinical data of 86 cases of PHC,35 benign liver disease cases including liver hemangioma and liver cyst,48 normal control human during Jan 2011 to Jan 2014 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results The detection value of se-rum CEA,CA - 199 and CA - 125 in cases with PHC were significantly higher than those in benign liver disease cases and normal control humans ( P ﹤ 0. 05). Combined detection of CEA,CA - 199 and CA - 125 will significantly increase the positive rate in PHC group( P ﹤ 0. 05). The sensitivities of serum CEA,CA - 199 and CA - 125 were 67. 5% ,27. 5% and 42. 5% respectively. The diagnostic sensitivities will rise to 95%when combine detect CEA,CA - 199 and CA125. Conclusion The combined detection of serum CEA,CA - 199 and CA - 125 will be helpful for diagnosis of PHC.
