The author bases on the present situation of con-struction safety evacuation and the analysis of building stru-cture design problems,it shows that the emergency refuge area plays an importantrole in the safety evacuation of personnel instaled in high-rise building. This article carries on the ana-lysis of the safety problems in the high-rise building const-ruction and sums up the importance of seting emergency she-lter area in high-rise buildings.
