我国劳动关系绝大部分属于劳资关系,认识并把握劳资关系由雇佣关系下的领导与被领导、命令与服从的管理模式向劳资平等合作转化的大趋势,摒弃早已过时的雇佣观念,紧跟时代步伐,无疑具有重要的现实意义。
我國勞動關繫絕大部分屬于勞資關繫,認識併把握勞資關繫由僱傭關繫下的領導與被領導、命令與服從的管理模式嚮勞資平等閤作轉化的大趨勢,摒棄早已過時的僱傭觀唸,緊跟時代步伐,無疑具有重要的現實意義。
아국노동관계절대부분속우로자관계,인식병파악로자관계유고용관계하적령도여피령도、명령여복종적관리모식향로자평등합작전화적대추세,병기조이과시적고용관념,긴근시대보벌,무의구유중요적현실의의。
The most of working relations belong to employment relations in our nation .We should recog-nize and grasp the trend between working relations and employment relations that they transfer from leading to be led and from ordering to be ordered .So we should give up the past employing concept and follow the step of time so that it make our work more practical meaningful .
