复合绝缘子的积污特性与瓷绝缘子和玻璃绝缘子有所不同,研究其积污规律对防止污闪有着重要意义。为此,以3支实际运行后的±500kV直流复合绝缘子为研究对象,系统测量其沿串不同位置的污秽度,用等值盐密(ESDD)和灰密(NSDD)表征。试验发现绝缘子不同伞上下表面的等值盐密和灰密大多呈现出U形的分布规律,尤其以等值盐密的U形分布更为明显,而且不同伞上下表面污秽U形分布规律性的强弱有一定差异。讨论了积污过程中电场对污秽沉积的作用以及自清洗过程中雨水冲洗的随机作用,更好地解释了直流复合绝缘子的沿串积污规律。
複閤絕緣子的積汙特性與瓷絕緣子和玻璃絕緣子有所不同,研究其積汙規律對防止汙閃有著重要意義。為此,以3支實際運行後的±500kV直流複閤絕緣子為研究對象,繫統測量其沿串不同位置的汙穢度,用等值鹽密(ESDD)和灰密(NSDD)錶徵。試驗髮現絕緣子不同傘上下錶麵的等值鹽密和灰密大多呈現齣U形的分佈規律,尤其以等值鹽密的U形分佈更為明顯,而且不同傘上下錶麵汙穢U形分佈規律性的彊弱有一定差異。討論瞭積汙過程中電場對汙穢沉積的作用以及自清洗過程中雨水遲洗的隨機作用,更好地解釋瞭直流複閤絕緣子的沿串積汙規律。

The contamination characteristics of composite insulators are different with porcelain and glass insulators and research about its contamination characteristics is of great significance to prevent pollution flashover. Thus, three ±500kV DC composite insulators in service were selected for test. The contamination density of different places along the insulators was measured and characterized by ESDD and NSDD. Experimental results indicate that the ESDD and NSDD of upper and lower surfaces of different sheds along the insulators commonly distribute as U-shape, especially for ESDD, and the regularities of different places on the insulators are different. With the discussion about the influence of electric fields in the contamination process and the influence of rainfall in the cleaning process, the regularity of contamination along DC composite insulators is better explained.
