本文基于M公司的整车道路耐久试验中水箱的失效模式，综合考虑外部激振，包括水箱在发动机舱内的环境温度应力影响、水箱内冷却液的压力脉冲以及车辆振动影响，设计了一种针对水箱试验的新型综合试验台架和试验方法。试验结果表明本综合试验台架能对失效模式进行很好的复现。通过台架试验和实车对比，证明了本方法的工程应用性。

The paper is based on failure mode of vehicle radiator in vehicle road durability test of M company. A new general test bench and test method for vehicle radiator is designed for all external stress including temperature effect under hood, pressure pulsation of coolant and vehicle vibration. The test results indicate that the new general test bench can simulate actual failure mode, and the method is feasible through bench test by contrast with actual vehicle results.
