针对应用于混合隔振系统的超磁致伸缩作动器,建立了其耦合磁弹性的动力学方程。在磁致伸缩材料二次畴转模型和均质能量场磁滞模型基础上,分别分析了变应力对 Terfenol-D 材料饱和磁致伸缩、磁滞算子、矫顽场分布函数以及交互场密度分布函数的影响,并通过实验数据进行最小二乘参数识别和多项式拟合得到了考虑变应力的二次畴转模型和均质能量场磁滞模型,该模型可以有效地应用于变负载下 Terfenol-D 杆磁致伸缩的计算。通过对作动器耦合磁弹性动力学方程进行数值求解,得到不同频率及不同应力下外部激励磁场与作动器输出位移之间迟滞非线性关系。结果表明:相同频率下增大负载力,滞回环倾斜角度不变但其面积增加,作动器能量转换效率降低,同时负载力对作动器的幅频特性影响十分明显。

For the purpose of application to hybrid vibration-isolating system ,the coupling magneto-elastic dynamics equation of a giant magnetostrictive actuator is established .Based on the quadratic domain rotation model and the homogenized energy hysteresis model ,the influence of variable load force on Terfenol-D material′s saturation magnetostriction ,hysteron ,coercive field density and in-duced field density are investigated .The quadratic domain rotation model and the homogenized energy hysteresis model considering variable stress are presented by least square parameter identification and polynomial fitting of experiment data .The combined model can be used to accurately characterize out-put strains with variable load .By virtue of the numerical solution of the coupling magneto-elastic dy-namics equation considering variable load , the hysteresis nonlinear relationship between prompting magnetic field and displacement relation is obtained .The results show that under the same frequency , the loop swing trend position is invariable but the area is increased with higher load ,so the energy conversion efficiency of GMA is reduced .Meanwhile the variable load has distinct influence on amplitude-frequency characteristics of GMA .
