以中熟品种湘油15号为对照,2010~2011年在长沙对3个早熟油菜材料杂1613、005和G7的生理生化特性进行了研究。结果表明:早熟材料比中熟品种现蕾、初花和终花都早,具有苗期短、蕾薹期和角果发育期长的特点。各油菜品种可溶性蛋白含量随着生育期呈先升后降的趋势。早熟材料苗期越短,功能叶片中的GA3含量越高,ABA的含量越低。营养生长期,各个早熟材料功能叶片的叶绿素含量均比对照湘油15号低;生殖生长期,仅杂1613功能叶片的叶绿素含量比对照高。早熟材料的净光合速率在各生育期均低于对照湘油15号,净光合速率、气孔导度和胞间CO2浓度的变化趋势与湘油15号基本一致。

With medium-maturing variety Xiangyou 15 variety as control,the physiological and biochemical characteris-tics of three early-maturing rapeseed materials Za 1613,005,G7 were studied in the Yunyuan experimental base of Hunan Agricultural University from 2010 to 201 1.The main results were as follows:flower bud emergence,initial flowering,final flowering of early-maturing rapeseed materials were earlier than that of the control,and they have the characters of short seedling period,long stem elongation period and long mature period.With the advance of growth stage,the soluble protein content of four rapeseed materials increased at first and then decreased.Compared with the control,early-maturing rape-seed materials showed higher content of GA3 but lower content of ABA in function leaves with shorter seedling peri-od.During vegetative stage,the chlorophyll content in fuction leaves of Za 1613,G7 and 005 were lower than that of Xian-gyou 15,while in reproductive stage,only Za 1613 was higer than Xiangyou 15.The net photosynthetic rate (Pn)of early-maturing rapeseed materials were lower than the control Xiangyou 15 in all growth stage.The change trend of Pn,stomatal conductance (Gs)and intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci)in three early-maturing varieties Za 1613,G7 and 005 was consistent with those of Xiangyou 15.
