地方高校科研工作绩效对推动地方经济、科技、教育、文化的发展有着十分重要作用。在深入分析地方高校科研团队绩效的影响因素基础上，提出优化科研团队结构、加强团队带头人的培育与引进、制定科研团队的考核机制、加强科研团队文化建设等提高地方高校科研团队绩效的构建措施。
地方高校科研工作績效對推動地方經濟、科技、教育、文化的髮展有著十分重要作用。在深入分析地方高校科研糰隊績效的影響因素基礎上，提齣優化科研糰隊結構、加彊糰隊帶頭人的培育與引進、製定科研糰隊的攷覈機製、加彊科研糰隊文化建設等提高地方高校科研糰隊績效的構建措施。
지방고교과연공작적효대추동지방경제、과기、교육、문화적발전유착십분중요작용。재심입분석지방고교과연단대적효적영향인소기출상，제출우화과연단대결구、가강단대대두인적배육여인진、제정과연단대적고핵궤제、가강과연단대문화건설등제고지방고교과연단대적효적구건조시。
Performance on scientific research at local colleges and universities plays an important role in promoting the development of local economy, science and technology, education and culture. Based on in-depth analysis of the influence factors of scientific research team performance at local colleges and universities, this paper puts forward countermeasures for constructing scientific research team with better performance, such as optimizing research team structure, strengthening the cultivation and introduction of team leaders, establishing evaluation mechanism for research team and strengthening culture construction in research team.
