借助对劳动与休闲两大逻辑起点的论证，马克思将实现人类全面而自由的发展这一终极目标的思想内核展露无遗。近代，马克思对休闲观的滥觞化解了劳动与休闲的氤氲。对休闲权利和休闲生活质量的双重关注是马克思主义休闲观的重要内容。研究认为，体育休闲是串接劳动和休闲的纽带，当下我国体育休闲事业的发展应聚焦对国民体育休闲权利和体育休闲生活质量的双重关注，进而实现体育休闲与社会、经济、个人三者间的和谐发展。

Though the argument of two logical starting points of labour and leisure, the ideological core of Marx’s ultimate goal of realizing people’s all-round and free development has been demonstrated clearly. In modern times, the origin of Marx’s leisure value distinguished the relationship between labour and leisure. The important content of Marx’s leisure value is dual attention of leisure power and quality of leisure life. This study suggests that sport leisure is a tie to link labour and leisure, and the development of sport leisure now should focus on both citizens’ sport leisure rights and quality of sport leisure life, which accordingly realizes the harmonious development between sport leisure and society, economy and individual.
