一种电容器断路器与三工位隔离开关装置，断路器可以单相操作，满足单相电容器组投入时与该相电压过零点同步；切除电容器组时与该相电流过零点同步，消除电容器组投切时产生的过电压，降低涌流，提高电容器的使用寿命；三工位隔离开关设计成导柱移动式封闭结构，动作准确，绝缘可靠性高。

In this paper,a kind of capacitor circuit breaker and disconnector are introduced. The cir-cuit breaker can be of single phase operation,meet voltage zero synchronize with the single phase in case of single phase capacitor bank switching on,current zero synchronize with the phase in case of switching off,eliminate overvoltage generated during switching capacitor bank, reduce surge current and improve the operation life of the capacitor. The three working position disconnector is designed into mobile enclosed type with correct operation and high insulation reliability.
