本文以实际工程科研项目为依托,以电气化铁路对湖南张家界电网电能质量的影响为实例,结合相关电能质量国家标准和电网的实际运行参数,详细计算了电气化铁路允许注入电网的各电能质量指标的参数值,并与现场实际测量所获得的数据进行对比,对电气化铁路的谐波、负序、无功问题给电网带来的危害进行了详细的分析和评估。同时根据分析结果设计了相应的无功谐波综合治理系统,仿真结果证明了该系统的正确性和有效性。

In this paper, the parameters of each power quality index of the electrified railway which is permitted to inject into power grid are calculated in detail on the basis of research project of practical engineering, regarding to influence of electrified railway on power quality of Zhangjiajie grid as well as regarding to combination of Chinese national power standard and actual operation parameters of power grid. The parameters are compared with data obtained during actual measurement, and the danger of such issues as harmonics, negative sequence and reactive power of the electrified railway to the power grid is analyzed and assessed in detail. The comprehensive treatment system for harmonic and reactive power suppression is designed and the correctness and effectiveness of this system is proved by the simulation result.
