目的:研究胶原蛋白为载体复合二甲胺四环素制成的牙周缓释制剂的抗菌效果,以期寻找辅助治疗牙周炎的新制剂。方法采用杯碟法对含20mg/g盐酸二甲胺四环素的胶原牙周缓释剂和派丽奥软膏进行牙周常见致病菌的抑菌实验,测定最小抑菌浓度( MIC)和抑菌环直径。菌珠选用国际标准菌株牙龈卟啉单胞菌、中间型普里沃氏菌、巨核梭形杆菌、伴放线放线杆菌和粘性放线菌。结果胶原牙周缓释制剂和派丽奥软膏对各实验菌株均有抑菌作用,牙龈卟啉单胞菌、中间型普里沃氏菌、巨核梭形杆菌、伴放线放线杆菌的MIC为0.31mg/L,粘性放线菌的MIC为1.2mg/L。2种药物比较抑菌效果无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论胶原牙周缓释制剂对牙周主要致病菌具有良好的抑制作用。

목적:연구효원단백위재체복합이갑알사배소제성적아주완석제제적항균효과,이기심조보조치료아주염적신제제。방법채용배설법대함20mg/g염산이갑알사배소적효원아주완석제화파려오연고진행아주상견치병균적억균실험,측정최소억균농도( MIC)화억균배직경。균주선용국제표준균주아간계람단포균、중간형보리옥씨균、거핵사형간균、반방선방선간균화점성방선균。결과효원아주완석제제화파려오연고대각실험균주균유억균작용,아간계람단포균、중간형보리옥씨균、거핵사형간균、반방선방선간균적MIC위0.31mg/L,점성방선균적MIC위1.2mg/L。2충약물비교억균효과무현저성차이(P>0.05)。결론효원아주완석제제대아주주요치병균구유량호적억제작용。
Objective To evaluate the inhibitory effect of the minocycline combined with collagen as a carrier on periodontal pathogens and to search for a new type of sustained-release preparation for adjuvant therapy of periodontitis. Methods The antimicrobial property of the collagen sustained-release preparation containing 20mg/g minocycline and Periocline was examined by argrose diffusion test. The minimal inhibitory concentration ( MIC ) and inhibitory zone against five standard strains: Porphyomonas gingivalis(P. g), Prevotella intermedia(P. i), Fusobacterium nucleatum ( F. n ) , Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans ( A. a ) and Actinomyces viscosus ( A. v ) were measured. Results The collagen sustained-release preparation and Periocline could inhibit the five species of periodontal pathogens in vitro. The MIC values were 0. 31mg/L for P. gingivalis, P. intermedia, F. nucleatum and A. actinmycetemcomitans and 1. 2mg/L for A. viscosus. There was no significant difference in inhibitory effect between the two preparations (P>0. 05). Conclusion The collagen sustained-release preparation had marked inhibitory effect on periodontal pathogens in vitro.
