目的:探讨Notch1在小鼠下颌切牙牙胚发育过程中的组织学分布。方法制作ICR小鼠下颌切牙不同发育阶段的冰冻组织切片,对小鼠下颌切牙牙胚自牙胚发育起始期至钟状晚期不同发育阶段组织Notch1的分布情况进行免疫组织化学染色。结果 Notch1在小鼠下颌切牙发育蕾状期牙胚的口腔侧上皮中表达,而在和间充质相邻的牙胚上皮中没有表达。从帽状期至钟状期,Notch1在牙胚的中间层表达,而在内釉上皮中没有表达。钟状期的唇侧颈环部位星网状层和部分牙上皮细胞也表达Notch1。此外,Notch1还在牙胚发育不同时期的间充质、牙乳头和早期牙髓中表达。结论 Notch1可能在小鼠下颌切牙发育过程中的牙上皮,特别是内釉上皮的细胞分化,以及牙囊和牙乳头细胞分化及分化完成后的牙髓干细胞的稳定性方面有重要作用。

목적:탐토Notch1재소서하합절아아배발육과정중적조직학분포。방법제작ICR소서하합절아불동발육계단적빙동조직절편,대소서하합절아아배자아배발육기시기지종상만기불동발육계단조직Notch1적분포정황진행면역조직화학염색。결과 Notch1재소서하합절아발육뢰상기아배적구강측상피중표체,이재화간충질상린적아배상피중몰유표체。종모상기지종상기,Notch1재아배적중간층표체,이재내유상피중몰유표체。종상기적진측경배부위성망상층화부분아상피세포야표체Notch1。차외,Notch1환재아배발육불동시기적간충질、아유두화조기아수중표체。결론 Notch1가능재소서하합절아발육과정중적아상피,특별시내유상피적세포분화,이급아낭화아유두세포분화급분화완성후적아수간세포적은정성방면유중요작용。
Objective To investigate the expression of Notch1 in developing mouse mandibular incisor tooth germ. Methods Cryosections of developing ICR mouse mandibular incisor tooth germ in different developmental stages were prepared. The expression of Notch1 in the tooth germ tissue was examined by immunohistochemistry. Results Notch1 was not expressed in the tooth germ epithelium which adjoined the neighboring mesenchyme but expressed in the upper oral epithelia. From cap to bell stage of the tooth germ, Notch1 was expressed in stratum intermedium but not in inner enamel epithelia. In addition, Notch1 was also expressed in the stellate reticulum and some undifferentiated tooth epithelial cells of the cervical loop. Besides, Notoch1 was expressed in the mesenchyme, dental papillae and early dental pulp. Conclusion Notch1 may play an important role in the dental epithelial cell, especially in the inner enamel epithelial cell differentiation during the mouse mandibular incisor tooth development and may also be needed in dental follicle, dental papillae and dental pulp cell development and homeostasis.
