本文从厌学概念入手，对新疆师范大学附属小学五年级学生展开调查，运用访谈法将学生的厌学表现与心理相联系，深入分析厌学产生的原因。针对原因提出有效可行的策略，帮助厌学学生积极的转换厌学心理，预防厌学心理的产生。

This paper start from the concept of weariness, investigate on Xinjiang Normal University Affiliated Primary School Grade 5 students, the use of interviews, the students' performance and mental weariness linked, in-depth analysis of the reasons for weariness produced. For the reasons put forward feasible and effective strategy to help students to actively change mental weariness, and prevent mental weariness.
