目的 探讨Ⅱ型糖尿病患者自我护理教育与自我护理水平的关系.方法 以佛山市顺德地区123名入院的Ⅱ型糖尿病住院患者作为研究对象,入院后收集患者基本资料和各项血糖指标.用随机数字表法将患者分为干预组和对照组.其中干预组进行自我护理教育,包括对Ⅱ型糖尿病的认识、血糖监测、合理饮食、适度运动、自我情绪控制和胰岛素注射的规范化等.对照组开展常规护理指导.4周后,以自我护理能力测定量表比较两组患者的自我能力,以干预前后的各项血糖水平反应总体治疗效果.结果 经过自我护理教育后,干预组患者的自护能力和治疗效果优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 个性化的自护教育可以提高Ⅱ型糖尿病患者的自护水平和治疗效果.

Objective To investigate the relationship between self-care level and self-care education in patients with type Ⅱ diabetes.Methods 123 hospitalized patients with type Ⅱ diabetes hospitalized in Shunde district of Foshan city were chosen as research subjects,basic information and blood sugar level were collected after admission.The patients were divided into intervention group and control group by random number table.Self-care education,including knowledge of type Ⅱ diabetes,blood glucose monitoring,proper diet,moderate exercise,emotional self-control and standardization of insulin injections,were performed in intervention group while routine care was carried out in control group.After 4 weeks,the self-care ability in two groups were compared by ESCA and the blood sugar levels before and after the nursing were compared to reflect the effect overall treatment.Results The level of self-care education in intervention group was higher than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion Personalized self-care education can improve the level of self-care and treatment of type Ⅱ diabetes patients.
