目的：研究白介素-6（IL-6）在溃疡性结肠炎（ulcerative colitis，UC）大鼠模型结肠组织中的表达情况，探讨其在溃疡性结肠炎发病机制中的作用。方法30只SD大鼠，随机抽取20只为模型组，另外10只为对照组。用“三硝基苯磺酸＋乙醇”法造模后，用Elisa法检测IL-6在模型组与对照组的结肠组织中的表达水平。结果 UC模型组表达水平明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义。结论 UC 大鼠结肠黏膜中IL-6的表达与UC的发生、发展密切相关。
목적：연구백개소-6（IL-6）재궤양성결장염（ulcerative colitis，UC）대서모형결장조직중적표체정황，탐토기재궤양성결장염발병궤제중적작용。방법30지SD대서，수궤추취20지위모형조，령외10지위대조조。용“삼초기분광산＋을순”법조모후，용Elisa법검측IL-6재모형조여대조조적결장조직중적표체수평。결과 UC모형조표체수평명현고우대조조，차이유통계학의의。결론 UC 대서결장점막중IL-6적표체여UC적발생、발전밀절상관。
Objective To explore the expression of IL-6 in rat colon tissue with ulcerative colitis . Methods Thirty SD rats were randomly divided into control group (10 rats)and model group(20 rats).The model group were induced by trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid and ethanol .The expression of IL-6 in colonic mucosa in two groups were measured with ELISA .Results The level of IL-6 was significantly higher in UC group than the controls .Conclusion IL-6 is closely related with UC and play an important role in the inflammatory progress of this disease .
