媒体的审前报道在很大程度上会影响法官的审判，导致媒体审判的形成，而且这种形式的审判会随着媒体话语权的放大而不断加深，超越法律的规定。规避媒体审判，应注重强化法官内部人格和外部刺激的交互作用，避免心理学效应导致公众认知偏差，加强公众个人责任，削弱“群体极化”的消极作用。

Media reports before the trial can influence the judge ’ s judgment to a large extent ,which causes the for-mation of media trial.Furthermore,such kind of trial will be deepened continuously with the enlarged media dis-course right and even go beyond the law .In order to avoid negative effects of media trial , we should focus on strengthening the interaction of judges ’ internal personality and external stimuli , avoid the deviation of public awareness resulted from psychological effects , strengthen public personal responsibility , and weaken the negative effects of “group polarization”.
