江苏油田采出水乳化油含量较高,采用传统的物化处理工艺成本较高,投加的化学破乳剂对设备有一定的腐蚀,而且排放物易对环境造成二次污染。根据物理破乳的需要,选用孔板作为物理破乳元件,对其结构进行设计,通过数值模拟及PIV流场测试,证明孔板后的总压力场存在明显的低压区,可达到物理破乳的条件。破乳之后,后端结合油水聚结元件,可达到很好的破乳除油效果。在此基础上研制的油田污水物理破乳除油装置,现场试验取得了较好效果。

The emulsifie d oil content of Jiangsu oilfield produced water is higher .There are higher cost ,a certain de-gree of equipment corrosion caused by adding demulsifier ,and emissions easy to cause secondary environment pollution in the conventional physico -chemical treatment process .According to the requirements of physical demulsification ,the ori-fice was chosen as the physical breaking element ,and its structure was designed .By numerical simulation and PIV flow field tests ,it was demonstrated that the total pressure field after orifice exists obvious low pressure area ,achieving the phys-ical demulsification conditions .After breaking emulsion , combined with the oil -water coalescence element at the back end,it was achieved that a good demulsification degreasing effect .The physical demulsification degreasing device for oil-field waste water ,developed based on these researches ,has obtained good results in the field tests .
