目的：探讨快速康复外科护理措施在结直肠癌患者围术期的应用效果。方法将68例结直肠癌手术患者按住院号随机分为快速康复治疗组和传统治疗组，分别采用快速康复外科（ FTS）技术及传统方法进行围手术期处理。结果相比传统组，采用FTS组的术后首次排气时间、首次排便时间缩短；恶心、呕吐发生率、手术并发症的发生率降低；术前、术后营养状态良好、住院时间缩短、住院总费用降低。结论采用FTS技术对老年结直肠癌患者进行围手术期处理可促进患者康复、减少费用。
목적：탐토쾌속강복외과호리조시재결직장암환자위술기적응용효과。방법장68례결직장암수술환자안주원호수궤분위쾌속강복치료조화전통치료조，분별채용쾌속강복외과（ FTS）기술급전통방법진행위수술기처리。결과상비전통조，채용FTS조적술후수차배기시간、수차배편시간축단；악심、구토발생솔、수술병발증적발생솔강저；술전、술후영양상태량호、주원시간축단、주원총비용강저。결론채용FTS기술대노년결직장암환자진행위수술기처리가촉진환자강복、감소비용。
Objective To evaluate the nursing technic of fast track surgery in senile patients with colorectal cancer .Methods 68 patients with colorectal cancer who underwent surgery were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group .The nursing technic of fast track surgery were applied in the intervention group ,while the conventional nursing were taken in the control group .Rseult s Compared with the conventional nursing ,the application of fast track surgery nursing can significantly shorten the duration of passing flatus and defecation ,and decrease the complication rate .Besides,the fast track surgery nursing can provide better perioperative nutritional status ,reduce the length of hospital stay and expense .Conclusion Fast track surgery nursing technic is safe and effective for reducing hospital stay and getting better recovery following colorectal surgery .
