通过调查问卷对广东10所高校研究生的学术道德现状进行了研究。分析结果表明：广东省高校研究生违反学术道德的行为较为普遍；不同性别、年级、学科和学生干部之间在学术失范行为上无显著差异。与此同时，通过调查分析了产生问题的主观和客观原因，从而从学术道德教育、学术管理工作、评价制度以及导师培养等方面提出对加强研究生学术道德建设几点建议。

By using the method of questionnaire, this paper studies current condition of 10 universities that postgraduate academic morality in Guangdong province. The survey showed that, Guangdong Province college graduate violations of academic ethics and behavior is more common;different gender, grade, academic and student cadre in the academic anomie behavior has no significant difference. At the same time, the paper through the investigation and analysis of the subjective and objective causes of the problem which puts forwards some suggestion on moral education, academic administration, and evaluation systems and mentor coaching.
