审查批准逮捕是检察机关进行法律监督的第一道关口，该环节的办理质量直接影响到下一阶段诉讼程序能否顺利进行，因审查逮捕阶段的审限只有“七天”，且主要是书面材料的审查，致使审查逮捕阶段排除非法言词证据面临较大的挑战。文章分析了当前审查逮捕环节排除非法言词证据存在的难点，并指出相应的完善措施。

Examination and approval of arrest is the first pass of legal supervision of procuratorial organs ,whose han-dling quality will directly influence whether the next stage of procedure can proceed smoothly .Because of the limita-tions of only“seven days” of trial periods and mainly the review of written materials ,the exclusion of illegal oral ev-idence is faced with greater challenges in the stage of arrest examination .The author analyzes the difficulties in the exclusion of illegal oral evidence in the stage of arrest examination and provides corresponding improvement meas -ures.
