我国学位与研究生教育当前的重点是实现内涵式发展。内涵式发展的核心是提高研究生培养的质量，落脚点是研究生培养模式的改革，其中专业学位研究生教育培养模式的改革则要以提升职业能力为导向，实现专业学位与其所对应职业资格的有效衔接。本文以教育硕士专业学位为例，在分析我国教师职业资格制度发展现状的基础上，分析了教育硕士专业学位教育与教师职业资格衔接的意义，并从质量标准、课程体系、教学过程、师资队伍、教育实践和学位论文六个方面提出了促进教育硕士专业学位教育与教师职业资格衔接的方法。

In this paper, using the master of education degree as an example, based on analyzing the devel-opment status of teacher’s qualification system in our country,the author clears the sense of cohesion between the master of education degree and teacher’s qualification, put forward the method of promoting the master of educa-tion degree and teacher’s qualification convergence from six aspects:quality standards,curriculum system,teach-ing process,teaching staff,educational practice and dissertation.
