旅游高等教育布局发生怎样的变化及变化是否合理是当前我国旅游教育迫切需要解决的问题。从区域大众化、稳定性和生源流动性出发，分析表明：核心区多在东部沿海和中部地区，而西部地区始终居于劣势地位；稳定能力薄弱，且省际之间发展稳定性差异明显；生源流动性相对较弱，生源结构及受益范围具有明显的地域性。这种旅游高等教育区域差异成因，既与区域经济发展、旅游发展、教育投入等直接相关，也受到政府主导下的强制性政策影响。

At present,changes in the layout and whether the changes are reasonable in tourism higher educa-tion are urgent problems to solve.From regional popularization,stability and mobility,the study finds:The core areas lie in the eastern coastal region and the central region,while the western region has always been in the inferior position;the tourism higher education has weak stable development ability and provincial development has stability difference;the structure of tourism higher education enrollment has local charac-teristics,movement is relatively weak and benefit has obvious regional characteristics.The formation of re-gional distribution of tourism higher education is directly related to regional economic development,tourism development,investment in education,but also influenced by the government under the leadership of the mandatory policy.
