有效发挥思想政治教育功能，确保国家舆论安全是新形势下思想政治教育面临的新课题。在我国舆论安全环境异常复杂严峻的情况下，必须深刻认识舆论安全视角下思想政治教育的地位与作用，准确把握思想政治教育和舆论安全的关系，主动契合舆论安全开展好思想政治教育。

Effective functioning of the ideological and political education to ensure national public opinion security is the new topic that ideological and political education is facing under the new situation. In our opinion of unusual complex and challenging security environment, we have a profound understanding of the role of ideological and political education to ensure public opinion safety, accurately grasp the relationship between ideological and political education and public opinion safety, and ideological and political education should take the initiatives with public opinion safety.
