1Cr18Ni9Ti is a kind of austenitic stainless steel which is widely used. After welding,it can make the joint corrosion resist-ance decrease obviously,and mainly produces the intercrystalline corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. This article analyzes the weldability of 1Cr18Ni9Ti and the reasons for leakage of food recycling pipe. According to the characteristics of the material,adopt e-lectrode arc welding in repair welding process ,by choosing reasonable welding materials,welding preparation and welding process so as to guarantee the welding quality.
