针对目前单梁起重机主梁的焊接工艺问题,设计了基于 PLC 网络的同步双面焊接工作站,应用PLC 通讯技术,实现以焊接主站控制焊接从站的主从协调同步双面双弧焊接,给出了 PLC 网络通讯程序。通过与双机器人双面焊接类比,证明了设计方案能够达到系统稳定、同步精度高、焊接工艺良好、成本降低的目的。

Aiming at the single beam crane girder welding technological problems,designed a synchronous double - sided welding based on PLC network workstations,using the PLC communication technology,the realization welds the master station control welding from the host who stands from the coordinated synchronization two - sided double arc welding,PLC network communication program is given. Through the analogies with both sides of dual - robot,The results show that the system is designed to achieve the purpose of sta-bility,good dynamic performance,and simplify the control circuit,compact structure,and cost reduction.
