针对多路不共地焊接过程参数信息的实时采集,设计了以 STC90C58AD 单片机为核心的隔离采集系统。采用高线性度模拟光耦 HCNR201设计了交、直流信号兼容的多路信号隔离电路,并分析电路的隔离机理、主要器件参数选择的理论依据;采用 STC90C58AD 单片机设计了多路信号采集电路和与上位机的通讯电路,信号通过单片机进行运算处理,并把运算处理结果实时传送至上位机进行统计分析,作为管理的依据,有效地加强了对生产过程和焊接设备的管理。初步试验表明:所设计的系统具有很强的抗干扰能力,能够实现过程参数的实时采集与处理功能。

Aiming at the real - time acquisition of multi - channel signals which were not common - ground,an isolation and acquisi-tion system with micro - controller STC90C58AD was designed. By the high linearity analog optical couple,this paper designed a multi- channel signal isolation circuit which was both AC and DC compatible. Meanwhile,the principle of isolation and theoretical basis for the selection of chief component’s parameters was analyzed. In addition,a communication circuit between multi - channel signal ac-quisition circuit and host computer was also designed by the micro - controller STC90C58AD. Through the circuit,the results of opera-tional treatment of signals could be transmitted to PC for statistical analysis,which could be used as the basis to effectively strengthen the management of production and welding machine. The initial test shows that this design has a strong anti - interference ability and can also achieve the real - time acquisition and treatment of multi - channel signals.
