采用实际焊接与焊接热模拟相结合的方法,研究了30CrNi3MoV 高强度钢焊接接头的显微组织和力学性能。分析表明,30CrNi3MoV 钢在不预热的条件下焊接,裂纹率较高;预热温度高于100℃时,裂纹消失。冷速过高,靠近熔合区的 HAZ 区易产生淬硬组织。靠近熔合区的焊缝区有较多沿晶界分布的先共析铁素体,削弱了晶界强度,裂纹易滋生,而焊缝区产生的针状铁素体对阻止裂纹扩展是有利的。利用焊接热模拟技术模拟并分析 HAZ 不同区域的组织。

With the the method of actual welding and welding thermal simulation ,the microstructure and mechanical properties of 30CrNi3MoV high strength steel welded joints are studied,the joints are welded by the low - intensity match welding material. The test shows that there is a high rate of crack without preheating and there is no crack when preheating temperature is higher than 100 ℃ . When it is cooling fast,the HAZ near the fusion zone is easier to generate hardened structure and more PF appears along the grain boundaries of the weld zone near the fusion zone,it is easy to cause cracks. AF in weld zone is beneficial for preventing the crack propa-gation. The different areas of the microstructure of the HAZ are analyzed with welding thermal simulation method.
