目的：将集约化管理应用于内镜中心护理管理中，以寻求更适应科室发展的管理模式。方法：选择2013年1～6月我院内镜中心就诊患者500例为研究对象，随机等分为观察组与对照组，对照组给予内镜中心传统模式管理，观察组给予集约化管理，采用问卷调查的方式，比较两组患者对内镜中心护理人员服务态度、治疗环境及两种不同管理模式下的患者满意情况。结果：观察组患者对各项指标的评分及满意情况明显优于对照组（ P＜0．05）。结论：集约化管理的应用更有利于内镜中心的健康发展。
목적：장집약화관리응용우내경중심호리관리중，이심구경괄응과실발전적관리모식。방법：선택2013년1～6월아원내경중심취진환자500례위연구대상，수궤등분위관찰조여대조조，대조조급여내경중심전통모식관리，관찰조급여집약화관리，채용문권조사적방식，비교량조환자대내경중심호리인원복무태도、치료배경급량충불동관리모식하적환자만의정황。결과：관찰조환자대각항지표적평분급만의정황명현우우대조조（ P＜0．05）。결론：집약화관리적응용경유리우내경중심적건강발전。
To search better management mode for development of department , the application of intensive management in nursing administration of endoscopy center was studied.Methods:By questionnaire survey to 500 patients who were under treatment in traditional management ( control group) and intensive management mode ( observation group) ,the service attitude and work efficiency of medical staff as well as the layout and environment of nursing administration were investigated .And patients were asked for giving scores for these factors in different management mode .Ranking and satisfaction ware cal-culated.Results:The result showed that patients who were under treatment in intensive management gave better scores to tree factors and displayed more sat-isfaction than that in the traditional management mode (P <0.05).Conclusion:Intensive management was well received by patients and promoted the healthy development of endoscopy center.
