目的：探讨两种浓度缩宫素在孕晚期引产中的应用效果。方法：选择2009年1月～2012年12月在我院计划自然分娩的足月妊娠、有引产指征而无禁忌证的产妇224例，将其随机等分为观察组和对照组。两组均用输液泵调节缩宫素滴速，均从小剂量0．5％开始，观察组最高浓度2％，对照组最高浓度1％，由专人负责、常规调节速度。比较两组引产成功情况及总产程时间。结果：观察组引产成功率高于对照组（P ＜0．05），总产程短于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论：使用缩宫素引产，由专人负责，严格调节浓度与速度，达到有效子宫收缩是引产成功的关键，能提高引产安全性，缩短引产时间。
목적：탐토량충농도축궁소재잉만기인산중적응용효과。방법：선택2009년1월～2012년12월재아원계화자연분면적족월임신、유인산지정이무금기증적산부224례，장기수궤등분위관찰조화대조조。량조균용수액빙조절축궁소적속，균종소제량0．5％개시，관찰조최고농도2％，대조조최고농도1％，유전인부책、상규조절속도。비교량조인산성공정황급총산정시간。결과：관찰조인산성공솔고우대조조（P ＜0．05），총산정단우대조조（P＜0．05）。결론：사용축궁소인산，유전인부책，엄격조절농도여속도，체도유효자궁수축시인산성공적관건，능제고인산안전성，축단인산시간。
Observation the effect and nursing of two different concentrations oxytocin in third trimester abortion .Methods:From January 2009 to December 2012,224 cases of pregnancy in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group .Two groups were used to adjust the speed of infusion pump with small dosage 0.5%.Observation group was the highest concentration of 2%,the control group the highest concentration of 1%. Results:In the observation group,the success rate was higher than the control group,and the production process of the total labor was shorter than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of oxytocin,strictly regulate the person responsible for the density and the speed,to achieve effective uterine contrac-tion is the key to success,improve safety induction,and shorten delivery time.
