目的：探讨早期连续性肾脏替代治疗在严重挤压伤患者中的应用效果。方法：选择我院2011年8月～2013年8月收治的严重挤压伤患者64例，将其随机等分为观察组和对照组，对照组患者行常规治疗，观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上实施早期连续性肾脏替代治疗，比较两组患者接受治疗前后肌酐、尿素氮、血钾等相关指标。结果：观察组患者尿素氮、肌酐、血钾均低于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论：早期连续性肾脏替代治疗应用于挤压伤临床治疗中的效果十分显著，有效地提高了临床治疗效果，保证患者生命安全，提高患者生活质量，值得在临床推广应用。
목적：탐토조기련속성신장체대치료재엄중제압상환자중적응용효과。방법：선택아원2011년8월～2013년8월수치적엄중제압상환자64례，장기수궤등분위관찰조화대조조，대조조환자행상규치료，관찰조환자재상규치료적기출상실시조기련속성신장체대치료，비교량조환자접수치료전후기항、뇨소담、혈갑등상관지표。결과：관찰조환자뇨소담、기항、혈갑균저우대조조（P＜0．05）。결론：조기련속성신장체대치료응용우제압상림상치료중적효과십분현저，유효지제고료림상치료효과，보증환자생명안전，제고환자생활질량，치득재림상추엄응용。
To discuss the application of early continuous renal replacement therapy in severe crush injury patient .Methods:In our hospital from August 2011 to August 2013 in our hospital during the period 64 cases of trauma patients with severe extrusion,and the average divided into observation group and control group,two patients were treated with conventional therapy ,patients in the observation group in the conventional treatment based on the im-plementation of early CRRT treatment,observation and statistics on two groups of patients after treatment creatinine ,urea nitrogen,potassium and other relat-ed indicators.Results:The uremic nitrogen,creatinine and potassium levels of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group ( P <0.05).Conclusion:Early CRRT treatment applied to crush injury in the clinical treatment effect is remarkable ,and effectively improve the clinical treatment effect,ensure the safety of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and promote the use of worthy of a wider range.
