目的：探讨松节油点压神厥穴及腹部按摩对急性胰腺炎患者肠动力恢复的效果。方法：应用随机对照研究方法，将82例急性胰腺炎患者随机分为试验组（42例）和对照组（40例）。对照组采取常规治疗，试验组在常规治疗的基础上加用松节油点压神厥穴及腹部按摩的方法。对两组患者肠鸣音恢复时间、腹胀缓解时间、住院天数及腹胀程度积分进行比较。结果：试验组的各项指标恢复时间均较对照组明显缩短，有统计学意义（P＜0．05），且治疗后试验组腹胀程度积分低于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论：松节油点压神厥穴及腹部按摩可促进急性胰腺炎患者肠动力恢复，有效降低患者腹内压，缓解病情，缩短住院时间，减少医疗费用，操作简便，值得推广。

목적：탐토송절유점압신궐혈급복부안마대급성이선염환자장동력회복적효과。방법：응용수궤대조연구방법，장82례급성이선염환자수궤분위시험조（42례）화대조조（40례）。대조조채취상규치료，시험조재상규치료적기출상가용송절유점압신궐혈급복부안마적방법。대량조환자장명음회복시간、복창완해시간、주원천수급복창정도적분진행비교。결과：시험조적각항지표회복시간균교대조조명현축단，유통계학의의（P＜0．05），차치료후시험조복창정도적분저우대조조（P＜0．05）。결론：송절유점압신궐혈급복부안마가촉진급성이선염환자장동력회복，유효강저환자복내압，완해병정，축단주원시간，감소의료비용，조작간편，치득추엄。
To explore the effect of turpentine point pressure shenjue point and abdominal cavity massage treated acute pancreatitis in patients with intestinal motility recovery.Methods:82 cases of acute pancreatitis line were randomly divided into experimental group (42 cases) and control group (40 ca-ses).On the basis of the conventional control group,the experimental group were treated with turpentine shengjue point pressure point massage of the abdo-men and methods,to compare the recovery time of bowel sounds,abdominal distension relief time,the number of days in hospital,degree of distension in pa-tients after 5 days between the two groups.Results:The recovery of the indicators in the experimental group than in the control group was significantly shorter time,there was a significant statistical significance (P<0.05),and a course of integrating the experimental group was significantly lower than the degree of distension in the control group ( P<0 .05 ) .Conclusion:Shenjue turpentine point pressure point massage can promote and abdominal pancreatitis patients with acute intestinal motility recovery,reduce intra-abdominal pressure patients,remission of disease,shorter hospital stays and reduce health care costs, simple operation,worthy of promotion.
