目的：观察薄氏腹针结合加味逍遥胶囊治疗中风后抑郁症的疗效。方法：100例中风后抑郁症患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各50例，治疗组采用薄氏腹针结合加味逍遥胶囊治疗，对照组口服盐酸多塞平片，观察两组临床疗效。结果：两组患者治疗后HMAD评分均显著低于治疗前（P<0.05）；治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：薄氏腹针结合加味逍遥胶囊治疗中风后忧郁症疗效显著。

목적：관찰박씨복침결합가미소요효낭치료중풍후억욱증적료효。방법：100례중풍후억욱증환자수궤분위치료조여대조조각50례，치료조채용박씨복침결합가미소요효낭치료，대조조구복염산다새평편，관찰량조림상료효。결과：량조환자치료후HMAD평분균현저저우치료전（P<0.05）；치료조총유효솔현저고우대조조（P<0.05）。결론：박씨복침결합가미소요효낭치료중풍후우욱증료효현저。
To observe the therapeutic effect of Bo's abdominal acupuncture combined with Jiawei Xiaoyao capsule treating depression af-ter stroke. Methods:100 patients with depression after stroke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with each of 50 cases, treatment group treated with Bo's abdominal acupuncture and Jiawei Xiaoyao capsule, control group with oral doxepin hydrochloride, to observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results:HMAD scores of the two groups after treatment were both significantly lower than those before treat-ment (P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The effect of Bo's abdominal acupuncture combined with Jiawei Xiaoyao capsule treating depression after stroke is significant.
