目的：探讨推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法：60例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组与对照组，治疗组采取推拿治疗，对照组采取针刺治疗，比较两组疗效及症状积分。结果：治疗组总有效率为86.67%，显著高于对照组的63.33%（P<0.05）；治疗组症状积分明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床疗效显著，具有推广价值。

목적：탐토추나치료추동맥형경추병적림상료효。방법：60례추동맥형경추병환자수궤분위치료조여대조조，치료조채취추나치료，대조조채취침자치료，비교량조료효급증상적분。결과：치료조총유효솔위86.67%，현저고우대조조적63.33%（P<0.05）；치료조증상적분명현저우대조조（P<0.05）。결론：추나치료추동맥형경추병림상료효현저，구유추엄개치。
To investigate the clinical efficacy of massage treating vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis. Methods:60 patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group with massage therapy, control group treated with acupuncture, curative effect and symptom score of two groups were compared. Results:The total effective rate of treat-ment group was 86.67%, significantly higher than that of control group by 63.33%(P<0.05);symptom score of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Massage therapy is significant effective in vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis, with the value of popularization.
