目的：观察葛根汤加减联合中药外敷治疗颈型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法：72例颈型颈椎病患者随机分为试验组和对照组，试验组36例采用葛根汤加减联合中药外敷，对照组36例口服采用塞来昔布，比较两组患者VAS评分及疗效。结果：治疗后两组VAS评分均显著低于治疗前（P<0.01），但试验组与对照组比较无显著性差异（P>0.05）；治疗结束后3个月，试验组总有效率显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：葛根汤加减联合中药外敷能缓解颈型颈椎病的疼痛症状，总体疗效佳。
目的：觀察葛根湯加減聯閤中藥外敷治療頸型頸椎病的臨床療效。方法：72例頸型頸椎病患者隨機分為試驗組和對照組，試驗組36例採用葛根湯加減聯閤中藥外敷，對照組36例口服採用塞來昔佈，比較兩組患者VAS評分及療效。結果：治療後兩組VAS評分均顯著低于治療前（P<0.01），但試驗組與對照組比較無顯著性差異（P>0.05）；治療結束後3箇月，試驗組總有效率顯著高于對照組（P<0.05）。結論：葛根湯加減聯閤中藥外敷能緩解頸型頸椎病的疼痛癥狀，總體療效佳。
목적：관찰갈근탕가감연합중약외부치료경형경추병적림상료효。방법：72례경형경추병환자수궤분위시험조화대조조，시험조36례채용갈근탕가감연합중약외부，대조조36례구복채용새래석포，비교량조환자VAS평분급료효。결과：치료후량조VAS평분균현저저우치료전（P<0.01），단시험조여대조조비교무현저성차이（P>0.05）；치료결속후3개월，시험조총유효솔현저고우대조조（P<0.05）。결론：갈근탕가감연합중약외부능완해경형경추병적동통증상，총체료효가。
To observe the clinical therapeutic effects of Modified Gegen Decoction combined with Chinese herbology plaster for neck type of cervical spondylosis. Methods: 72 cases of patients with neck type of cervical spondylosis were randomized into 2 groups. In treatment group, 36 cases were treated with Modified Gegen Decoction combined with Chinese herbology plaster. In control group, 36 cases were treated with Celecoxib capsules. Compared the VAS score and efficacy of two groups. Results:After treatment, the VAS score of two groups were both lower than those before treatment (P<0.01), but there was no significant difference between treatment group and control group (P>0.05). 3 months after treatment, the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Modified Gegen decoc-tion combined with Chinese herbology plaster can relieve the pain of neck type of cervical spondylosis and the total efficacy is good.
